Agreement

By using PowderScout (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

PowderScout provides ski and snowboard trip scouting tools, resort rankings, and powder alert notifications. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use it to scrape data, reverse-engineer the application, or interfere with the Service.

Subscriptions

PowderScout Pro is an auto-renewable subscription available through the App Store (iOS) or directly on the web.

• Price: $25.00 per year (or local equivalent).
• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or payment method on file (web) at confirmation of purchase.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time in your Apple ID subscription settings (iOS) or via Settings → Account on the web. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: For App Store purchases, refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. For web purchases, contact us directly.

Accuracy of Information

PowderScout provides forecast data and resort information for planning purposes. Weather forecasts are inherently uncertain. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any forecast, ranking, or resort data. Always verify conditions directly with the resort before travel.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PowderScout is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including travel decisions made based on forecast or ranking data.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
